You have to clear the Paper Jam.

Maybe there is problem with toner cartridge (maybe it is empty or problem with the chip), paper jam or some mechanical problem. Try to take out the toner cartridge and put it back. If the blinking still exist try to replace the chip (or refill the toner cartridge) or check for paper jam. Maybe there is small part of paper - look carefully.good luck.Good luck

Ive got a Dell 1130n that was jamming once it came out towards the top. if you take the top off (2 screws in front and 2 screws in the back) and the rollers right there at the back (once you get the top off) take that long "roller bar" and the springs that push up on that bar just slightly stretch them out and clean the rubber wheels with soap and water (allow to dry) and put everything back together. Also the wheels in the back could be cleaned too. If you open the rear cover there is another "roller bar", there are grey clips on each side that if you pull down the click into place, just unsnap the "roller bar" and clean these wheels as well. It has worked great for me so far.

Your toner chip page counter has to be reached on last point (run out). Normally one OEM toner cartridge chip can print 2.5k pages, after that cartridge has been locked (although it's remain toner) and red light will be blinking. So, you can't able to take print furthermore in this state. open front door then pull the cartridge & sure that is no paper inside machine. if you mean that is continues you can clean paper path with soft cloth & all rollers you can reach .

Hey, have you tried printing from a word document? Sometimes the format of the internet page or document will not print effectively. Also, have you used a cartridge which is recognised by the computer? Ensure you print a test page before doing any printing if you haven't already. If you have put black and white in and are trying to print colour, it will come out as blank if there is no colour cartridge. Hi Ken,

When you try to print, on the print screen (as shown below) does it say Microsoft XPS document writer?

If it says microsoft XPS document writer, then click on the down arrow on the same line, from the drop down select Dell 1130 printer.

If your printer is not listed there OR if the printer is already selected then you need to use the printer CD which came with it to install the drivers and softwares.

If you are unable to locate the printer cd you can download by clicking the link below, on the download page select your operating system and download the driver/ software.

Look at the icons by your clock lower right side of your monitor for a printer icon right click on it choose cancel or double click it choose cancel que. Then try to print it. If it still doesn't work uninstall your software/driver then reboot the computer then reinstall the software/drivers. Terry

Check the que for that printer. Clear all print jobs and try to resend.
