If you can't find it, how do you know it exists? I don't see it on the Sony Website
If you were instructed by Tech Support to upgrade the BIOS, then they should have provided information on how to obtain it.

take out the cmos battery for about half an hour and then put it back in. another way is to...... when you hit the power button you should see a black screen and all the at the bottom of it there will be some key written look for what key you need to press for system restore or something. the key might be something like F11 or F10 im not sure but it will be some F key so look for some F key and what it does at the bottom of that black screen.
