You have been hit by power surge. most likely the problem is in the control box that controls the pump. Need to call local plumber or service company to take a look at the system.
Verify that all circuit breakers are on and stay on after being reset before calling service tech.

replace sensor on heater tube ....ribbon cable coming from circuit board attached to heater and also look at flow sensor had this on sons tub but a lot older model

you have to access the lower control the switch should be an air type one it uses air pressure from pushing in the button they some times crack ,dislodge or damaged and will not turn on or off unit also switch can fail
