Where can I get instruction on how to use your 4GB DataTraveler - G3 - USB 2.0 ?

go to start , RIGHT CLICK on My computer the select manage.
In the window that will open choose manage disks and reformat your usb stick (if it's not shown there connect it into another port and repeat )

click start click on my computer you should see your usb drive
right click then select format

another way is to control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select format

Check the USB on another PC and if this is not detected on any PC then the memory is corrupt.
In such a case there is not much unless the dealerships helps for a replacement.

Why is my kingston 32gb g3 datatraveler flash drive storing less than a gig of data, even when formated as FAT32. Can datatraveler be formated as NTFS ? need full data storage capacity.

Yeah fat32 only supports 4gb and below. You need to format it NTFS.

Here's a general guide on how to do that.
