Light bulb has gone, but it seems that it is an integrated bulb & holder. called dealer on danby web site - number discontinued. Called another who gave me Danby Customer Services number, who put me through to another Customer Services number, who told me to call their parts number who told me that Danby have discontinued the light bulb and there is no alternative. So Danby consider a 5 year old appliance obsolete and don't supply parts! I'll never buy another Danby product for sure. Check if your fuse is still ok. If the fuse is gone replace and see if it is working.

if this is a counter top modle this is no problum, unplug it!!!
open door look for the light hole vents, ( that is where the bulb is )
you will need to unscrew the outer casing. noproblum there is nothing but reguler insalation in side and a area where the bulb is. replase it you can buy them at any hardware store,

if is a under cabinet there my be a axes door if not will need to take down,

IF the noise is a sound coming from the oven area, its the megatron tube. Typically, replacing the megatron tube is more expensive than replacing wiht a new unit and a new warranty.
