How do i disable the bios password if i have the password

start your pc and press f2 or dell... the bios menu open..put the password and then go to security and disable the password and save setting,,,

you can disable the Bios password by opening your laptop to view the motherboard, look carefully on the jumper settings, you will identify password jumper setting on your motherboard, remove the jumper on the two pins. by doing so, you have disable the password and can now access your Bios configuration

If the password you speak of is not in the bios but the windows. Go to control panel, users and remove password.

have you tryed going into the bios and reseting it , some times you can reset this in the bios

Do one thing remove the battery of the laptop in the back side of the laptop after the swicth off your laptop then put in after ten sec and restart the laptop hadd password will be access and bios password also disable.

or do when you start the laptop then press the del button up to ten sec you get it bios setting page after that there is give supervior password give enter twices time your password will be disable.
