Tip & How-To about Roland TD20SX V-Classic Electronic DRUM ESSENTIALS BUNDLE
No matter what pad i hit the slapbass wave sound would play..
i unplugged all midi connections..
i turned the backing parts volume down..
i removed all my patterns from the kit...
i did a factory reset...
and there it was STILL!! dang it!!
after calling Roland and hearing they have never heard of this problem before
i took the unit apart and removed the backup battery.
( didnt want to send my unit off..omg i am broke enough.)
i also pulled the ribbon cables from their holders and and then i put everything back...it factory reset when i turned it on..
(yes i had myown personal backups beforehand)
BooM! Mr TD20 was back without that slapbass wave! yahooo!
i dont know what caused it, but i was doing some major midi routing
experiments with my comp thru Sonar6P, midiman 4x4, and my Roland
VSynth...and it did just kind of show up at some point when i had the
backing voices turned down i guess..
it still persisted even after the TD20 was turned off for a day and half
and i turned it back on to see if it still was happening...yep, i was
hoping it would fix itself..lol..i hope this helps fellow
musicians..play on!!
