I need a new battery
Thank you for contacting FixYa.
I would honestly suggest that you take to a jeweler to have done. There is always a risk to do this yourself without the right tools.
Best regards. Jewel

I can not find a supplier for the battery
When I am looking for something I usually start by putting what I want into a search engine e.g. watch battery "number on battery" .
Usually something turns up.
If nothing turns up, then try entering Vince Watches (if you haven't already done so).
Good luck!

Watch is too flimsy to change battery!!!
You can only go back to the supplier and explain the situation. At the price of these watches you should expect to get some product support long after the warranty runs out.
(can't help wondering why such a short warranty is offered on a mechanism that you can reasonably expect to work for many years.)

I have two lovely gold vicence watches, one is
Unfortunately Vicence does not do such a service, but do not panic yet, as you can go to the nearest jewellery shop and ask to fit any gold bracelet you choose. Just take your watches with you, because the jeweller will need to get measurements between case lugs and the overall length of the new bracelet and watch to fit your wrist perfectly.
Do not forget to rate, please.

VicencE Gold Ldies Watch
Try this link - nobody seems to claim to specialise in Vicence but I am sure you can find one to suit. Most jewellers deal with most brands.

Need a new watch movement
I am not sure which Vincente model you have but I can tell you that the movements for those are Swiss made. That may not seem like much but there's not a lot of info on them.
Chances are it's an ETA movement and if not there's an ETA movement that should fit it. ETA is one of the top Swiss movement makers around. You will find their movements in more watch over $1500 then I care to mention. You should be able to get a movement for around $150 plus installation. You will need to go to a watch repair shop so find a good one.
Hope this helps.
I am a retail jeweler. We broke a cust.'s crystal
This is hard one. First advise is to contact manufacturer. If no success there, then you have to find out any watch repair shop with watch glass cutting services. I used to order obsolete watch glasses to cut over here in England, so, should be similar service in USA. Last and most expensive thing is to buy KRONOGLASS cutting machine, but you will be able to cut watch glasses in the future and provide this service yourself. Not much, but at least you have an idea where to look for. Rate me, plz.
Stem is broken on the watch
take it to a jeweler, but if u have another stem and crown remove the back and look for a small arrow pointing at a how. push down to release remaining parts and then insert the new one
Part of the back cover plate has broken off
You can try to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part-
Orowatch Vicenza - Piazza Castello, 3 - 36100 Vicenza - Italy
Ph. +39 0444 232500 - Fax +39 0444 526155 -
[email protected]I recommend seeing a watch maker/technician. They would have more options for you. Make sure you have the watch brand and case back number available when calling about parts for your watch.
Beautiful watch!
