This work can only be done by the Service Provider. Tell them to Block a phone no. they will enable a feature known as Black List. The No.s in the Black list can never contact you via that no. unless you unblock the no. in future.

Welcome to Fixya. It seems that the issue that you have is more of a hardware issue. If you see a vertical and horizontal line on the screen that problem of your phone is the LCD and to be able to fix this is to replace it. There is no work around for an LCD problem but to replace it. Do you still have a warranty on this phone so that you can send it to repair free of charge.

On the phone dialing screen that pops up (numeric dialing pad on touchscreen) you have a small speaker ICON press it to toggle speaker phone off and on.

Below the display are three physical buttons: Back, Home and Phone (sound familiar?) The left side has a volume rocker and camera button, while the right houses the power/lock key, 3.5mm headset jack and microSD card slot.
It's on the right side of the phone. Looks like the volume on the left side. On the right side, one is lock and the other is power.

If you have forgot the codes for your mobile you can unlock it by using the last four digits of your phone number or four zeros. If these codes are not working you can contact your network service provider to get the unlock codes.
If you need to reset your mobile then press the "Menu" button,from main menu scroll to "Settings/Tools" and select the option by pressing the center "Menu/OK" button.Scroll to "Settings" and select.Scroll and select "More". Scroll to "Security" and press your "Menu/OK" button.Enter in your phone's security code when prompted. Select "Reset/Erase", then "Reset". A warning message will appear. Press the "Menu/OK" button, then highlight and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.

Possible that the LINKING flexible cord to the main unit- diplay has snapped and so this had resulted in a total blank screen. While you were siding it up and down it is possible that the flexible linking cord snapped and so broke the lead .
You need to check and confirm , take and estimate and replace.

You can try turning the phone on and off. It could be a problem with the SIM, so it may need to be replaced.

In "Messaging" go into Voice Mail (number 1) and select Clear Icon (Number 3).

Go into Settings/Tools- Settings (#1)- Messaging (#5)-Notification (#1)- Change this To Icon only.

Still in Messaging, select Message Reminder (#5) and change it so it doesnt keep sending reminders.

If its telling you you have a text just go in each inbox and selcet Delete all... see if that helps.

There should be two arrows on the side of the phone (probably on the left side) press one error a few times, the screen will then show volume levels then move to beeping and then to vibrate.

Basically an error 097 is referring to your account balance and your probably out of money or only have 10 cents. You need to add more money.
