As long as you plan on baking right away it doesn't make any difference. In general though try to add the yeast last. If you are using the delay timer add the liquid first and the flour last followed by the yeast.

How to replace bottom in steamer basket on Cook's Essentials 3 tear steamer model 97500 steamer
To replace the bottom in the steamer basket on a Cook's Essentials 3-tier steamer model 97500, you can follow these steps:
- Disassemble the steamer by removing the lid and the baskets from the base.
- Locate the bottom of the steamer basket that needs to be replaced. It may be attached to the basket with clips or other fasteners.
- Use a flat-headed screwdriver or another tool to gently pry the bottom of the steamer basket away from the rest of the basket. Be careful not to damage the basket or the bottom as you do this.
- Once the bottom of the steamer basket is free, remove it from the basket and set it aside.
- Take the new bottom for the steamer basket and carefully fit it into place in the basket. Make sure that it is properly aligned and securely attached to the basket.
- Once the new bottom is in place, reassemble the steamer by placing the baskets back into the base and attaching the lid.
- Test the steamer to make sure that the new bottom is functioning properly and that the steamer is working correctly.
If you encounter any difficulty during this process, it is recommended that you consult the instruction manual for your Cook's Essentials steamer or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Can I used boxed bread maker items in my cooks essentials 850
Yes you can, but you are also buying all the preservatives as well. Bread has so few ingredients it really isn't worth it.
Bread Flour
Water
Yeast
A little sugar to feed the yeast
Oil
Salt
A Pro tip, weigh all your ingredients, rather than using Cups and Spoons as volumetric measures. Follow John Kirkwood on YouTube. I made Sourdough yesterday, a Rustic Farmhouse loaf of his last week.
