Error code on Digital LG Dehumidifier - CH 1
Change the sensor assembly, Part # 6877A30013M from Appliance Factory Parts in Englewood CO, about $30. Easy to change, plugs into control board, remove old temperature probe by pry T-well open with small screwdriver and then crimping back closed when new sensor is installed, about an hour start to finish, hardest part is getting all the covers off. Mine is back to working like new again!!

My lg dehumidifier lhd45et8 does not gather
Hi,If you are not getting water at all then the hose is not the issue...If you are getting water and it is just not going into the bucket, then plug the hole were the hose hooked up with silicone caulk and a plug fashioned out of whatever you can find that size...If there is no water, then the compressor has a freon leak or is bad and the dehumidifier is junk... it will not be worth fixing it as cheap as new ones are...heatman101

I would appreciate if you
Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit from the wall outlet. Wait 30 minutes and plug it back in. Turn the Master ON/Off Switch to ON. The controls should have reverted back to the original factory settings. You can now, set the controls as you like.
Hope this helped you solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks.

How is the external tube
No. The tube inserts straight into the drain hole. Follow the 4 sets below.
1. Connect a garden hose to the threaded drain hose connector.
2. Remove the drain-hole cover.
3. Push hose connector tightly into the drain-hole on Rear Grille.
4. Press the hose down and make sure the "Arrow" on the tab is pointing upward.
NOTE:
The hose attachment will accept a standard garden hose fitting. Do not over tighten the hose when
connecting it to the hose connector, use a rubber washer and tighten by hand firmly without stripping the plastic threads. Be sure the hose lays flat and has no kinks, as it will not drain properly.

My lg dehumidifier is collecting
Sounds as if the air filter may be clogged, which causes the coils to freeze. Unplug the unit and allow it to thaw. Once thawed, follow the Owners Manual"s instructions on accessing, removal and cleaning of the air filter. That should solve your problem.
