Zone 2 audio output is for analog only? The only
David is wrong. My Onkyo is the same way. The receiver will only provide a signal to zone 2 speaker outputs from analog sources. I assume this was because of concerns with digital rights management, which caused some odd decisions for a while by hardware manufacturers. Newer receivers should not have this problem.
Wii sound but no video through kenwood received
Check the RCA cables. They might have been interchanged somewhere when you were plugging them in. If you have plugged them right, but still no video, try another cable. The first cable could be defective already.
Volume
Sorry but it needs to go to the shop.

I have similar problem with my Onkyo Tx-SR600. It only happens when it's in surround mode. When switch to Stereo or Direct, the scratchiness go away. Still trying to find a solution to this problem.

Onkyo TX-SR606 getting no sound from HDMI sources
Not sure if this is your fix, but I had what I thought was the same problem. I played with my Onkyo quite a bit ensuring the correct assignments for HDMI, audio and all that stuff. Turns out I neglected to make sure the output devices were properly assigned. Many devices aren't default to output sound over HDMI. I changed the audio out settings on the cable box to HDMI and suddenly the Onkyo worked great. I know, I'm an idiot for not checking that in the first place, but maybe someone out there is having the same trouble as well.
