Try clean install network driver. If doesn't work try some live cd/usb with inbuilt networking.

The usual method of resetting any BIOS is to remove the backup CMOS battery (usually a Lithium coin cell) and then short the terminals for a while (e.g. a minute) with a wire. Then, when you restore the CMOS battery to the BIOS, it sees the settings make no sense and then sets them to default. I warn you that I don't know what an Artx Ultraviolet is, as it doesn't seem to return anything on Google. Best setting are the factory defaults in bios, because all hardware and the o\s have been rigorusly tested,backup before trying new settings.check the intel cpu wether it monitors the load on its processor. most typically overclock at 40% load if you are into gaming there are to many parameters. depending on your software apps like autocad,then more ram for virtual drive to place work in may help, 8 more

The processor in the PC is not connected to the iPhone directly, so there isn't a compatibility issue. If you can't see the phone when it's connected to a USB port, then the port is the problem, tot the processor.
