No. The jumper just resets the BIOS to the default that the motherboard manufacturer installed in it. The jumper is there to restore bios to default settings. Flashing a bios is a dangerous procedure and only to be done when you are fully aware of the consequences should something go wrong. Simple dear connect the wire on Motherboard. The pins you will get near the outer portion of your motherboard.

basic problem is motherboard not compatible with win 7 os,second thing check your cpu fan and lock they fixed correctly or one lock is loose
