Free sound driver
Do you know what type of sound card you have? Look in Device Manager in your Control Panel. Usually, a Sound Blaster, or Microsoft default driver will work unless you have a hardware problem or some really weird sound card.

jrbruton is correct. (maching = machine)
Even if your computer is not company built, but home built, or purchased from a third party, you may find drivers for system from the motherboard manufacturers or probably more easily from their website eg, Asus, Gigabyte etc. If your system was built from parts from another machine, you might try identifying the m/b and which machines it was fitted to, as the actual m/b manufacturer might not have any useful information; that is often left to the computer/system builder.
Fortunately, you are probably in the simplest situation of having a new pre-assembled mass manufactured machine (nothing wrong with that)

How can i find the processor's FPO number?
It's printed on the top side of the CPU itself and on the white sticker attached to the blue box it came in (look for "FPO/BATCH") . If the CPU is built into a mainboard already and you want to check the CPU itself, you would need to remove the cooling assembly from the CPU and clean it of any thermal grease. Do *not* do this if you have no idea how to properly reapply the cooling block, just putting it back after removal will not do and will most likely destroy the CPU.

Audio pantium Dual core e5300 2.60ghz
The Intel processor you mention does not provide any audio hardware. Most modern mainboards include an audio chip on-board, you need to consult your mainboard manual or the web site of your mainboard's maker for the details. If you could kindly state the brand and model name of your mainboard, experts at FixYa may be able to help you more.
