Twice our DCM24 has died.

You need to remove the fuse again and clean it. It is probably getting a varnishing effect on the contacts. Use an electrical cleaner .

Power and light turn on, but does not rotate or heat

Occasionally, the larger hard-mounted microwave ovens may become slightly "tweaked" after mounting and will not allow the door switch to activate upon closing, thereby preventing normal operation (sometimes this may occur after many months of normal operation). A symptom of this condition is that the oven light will remain on after the door is closed. It is a simple check to make which can often be corrected by adjusting the mounting screws.

Turntable will not rotate and food will not heat

If it is not cooking and the turntable will not turn, this sounds like the secondary interlock switch is bad. Almost always this failure is caused by opening the door when it is in a cook cycle. Pushing the stop button before you open the door will prevent this in the future..

When I turn the micro on it does not turn nor heat

The problem you're seeing is nearly always a result of a safety switch that is not being activated by the door. The result is that the oven thinks the door is not shut fully. Pressing the door closed at the latch or downward from the top opposite of the hinges will usually provide enough movement to activate the switch. One of these methods is what I suspect you are doing to get it to work.Inspect the prongs on the door. Make sure both are not damaged or broken in anyway. The size and shape are critical for effectively engaging the safety switch. Repair or replace parts as needed. The switch itself is usually connected to the latch striker assembly or to a switch deeper inside the oven - to the latch itself - to detect its position. The striker assembly is partially visible behind the two openings of the door frame - the two prongs on the door push them down and when fully closed, keeps them down. Since accessing these parts requires disassembly of the oven by qualified persons to maintain safe operation - the oven should be service professionally to ensure that the door is closed completely before allowing the microwave to function.
