I have a Ricoh 2050L that is leaving vertical
What you are saying cannot happen. When you send a fax or make a copy, you are using the same mechanism. Do you mean print outs instead of copies?
Open the doc feeder and clean the scanner glass.

CHANGE AM/PM WITH (*) OR (#)
WHEN DONE PRESS (YES) THEN (FUNCTION)

Will not fax
Hook a phone to the fax line and try to dial out... a fax line is no different than a phone line at your house ,, don't use a multi line phone like the ones at the office use a phone like you would have at the house to hook the the fax line .. If you are able to dial out call someone and check the line for static and pops they can cause the fax not to work either.. Good Luck

Clear a Ricoh Fax 2000G Memory
- If your documents have already been scanned into memory:
- touch the [Change/Stop TX File] key
- check that the [Stop Transmission] key is selected
- touch the file that you want to stop, then touch the [Stop Transmission] key in the confirmation dialog box
- touch [Exit] to return to the Fax Mode display
- If your documents are being transmitted:
- press the red [Clear/Stop] key
Need to change the pickup from one ring to picking up on the 5th
This should do it:
Press the {Function} {6} then enter
the access code {2} {2} {2} {2}.
Then press {6} {1} and the {Yes} key
press the 'next' (right arrow) key until it displays "set number of rings" . Press "yes" (the current setting is displayed). Press "no" to change. Enter the desired number, then press "yes" to set. Press "function" to exit.

We have a RICHO fax 2050L been trying to ajust the time on the
Press "function", "6", then "2 2 2 2". Press "91" , "yes".
Now enter the new settings:
Use "*" , and "#" to toggle through months, and am/pm.
Press "yes" to lock settings.
Press "function" to exit
** Note: I believe, you will have to initially set the time to Dec. 31, 1999 @ 12:59pm, and wait for it to roll over to 2000, then go back and change the time/date to 2009.
