If you click on the start menu, then right click on computer & choose properties you can change the computer name & workgroup from there. Also if you click the start menu & choose control panel then look for User Accounts and Family Safety then select user accounts. From there you can change your user name to whatever you would like it to be. You can also change the password used to log in to windows from here.

When it pops up again, try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to the task manager. Then select the application for it, right click and press go to process.
