this is not an operating system issue , this is a component issue and if the monitor on your laptop you can either order a new and try to attempt to replace it yourself or you can go to a repair shop and have them do it for you

Contact Microsoft with your software package UPC and proof of purchase. The number is in your PC. Right click on My Computer, then Properties. Keep this open when calling Microsoft.

I hope you double checked the caps lock, what was the last activity you performed? If it was an installation from unknown / untrusted web source, possibly it's the spyware that infected your OS. Also try to login using Guest account (if enabled). Or check the password hint.

if you set an email address up it should have given you a security question so go back and open your email and look for "forgot password" if it's a window live mail one then there's loads of ppl cannot get into it, if this don't work out for you create another one :)

It means that the signal from your phone to the phone you are calling is not being transmitted properly between to or more of the stations between you and the other phone. There are probably multiple links between you and them and any one of those links could have problems sending and/or receiving a signal. One or more of them are experiencing signal problems.

My suspicion is that you installed your flash player update when your system popped up and said "you need to update your flash player." If so, and you simply clicked on the warning so that it would update automatically (which it appeared to do) you may have been bitten by a "fake" notification which installed something called "flashplayer.exe"..a nasty rogue program which will eventually attempt to extort money from you. If so, your only real option is to clean your system. You can attempt to do that using malwarebytes or some other good cleaning system, but even those do not catch all the places the loader for this nefarious program may hide. Your best bet is to have the system cleaned by somebody who really knows what they are doing...which means they will need to remove the hard drive and clean it externally...anything less may work but leaves the possibility that the bad stuff is stealth and once loaded in memory may be able to elude the cleaning process. The only way to be sure that you have gotten the stealth virus or spyware is to have it cleaned externally using software that knows what it is and where it hides.

You might not ever get it back as the whole point of encryption is security. Having said that, try to remember , was anyone present when you made the password? Do they remember anything, Could you have made it with cap lock on my mistake? You wrote it down somewhere else? Can you remember? You changed it and told a friend on the phone? Did you use a different computer to set this up? If you've installed win 7 in your system then you've to install another softwares to run another operating systems on single operating system. The Best I've used till now is "VMWare Workstaion" where VM stands for virtual machine. this can load almost tens of operating systems on single os. depending upon your RAM. After Installing this software you've to install win 8. so u can laod that os while operating in win 7 simultaneously.

Chances are you need the proper codec to run the DVD. Software companies often write their own 'interpreter' software to read the format they use to encode videos/music files.

Trying doing a search on the internet for the type of file format Windows Media Player is trying to run, then look for the codec for that format. Unless the format is copyright protected, Microsoft should have the codec available on their website.
