ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS TO COMPUTER If your photos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

7. How do I transfer pictures from my Mustek camera to a computer? Use the USB cable provided in the package to connect your camera to a computer. Please first set the USB mode of video camera into "Mass Storage" option on the camera's LCD screen and press OK. Follow the instructions below to complete the process:
a) Power on and press menu button to enter "Setup".
b) Press the up / down button to select "USB Mode".
c) Press the right button for 2 options: "Mass storage"; "PC camera". And select "PC CAM" and press "OK"

3. Double-click DCIM folder.
4. Double-click 100Media folder.

7. Open a folder you wish to transfer your files to.
8. Click EDIT and select PASTE.

It sounds as if it may have been damaged during shipping. If you had insurance on it, contact the shipping company to file an insurance claim.

Formatting Memory Card
A new SD card shall be firstly formatted before use.
a.) Select (Format) to enter into property list.
b.) Select “NO” to cancel the formatting. Select “YES” and press (OK) to execute the
formatting.
c.) All the contents in the memory will be cleared after formatting.
About Memory Card
The external card supported by this camera is SD card.
To use a new SD card, you have to format it firstly.
Maloperation may cause damage to or deletion of the data recorded.
The loss arising from deletion of recorded data will not be the manufacturer's

Hi there, if all files from camcorder load to your computer and you can see all yours pictures, problem can be in display cable via damage wires. Besides the reason can be a crack in the screen or damage of electronics components SMD.

Hi there. If you have cradle for camcorder, you can recharge battery from computer via USB cable. If you not have this, you can remove battery and recharge battery from omnipotence travel charger "Goodway", it find in shops for electronics. I can transfer pictures it device if necessary. heyii check in your menu of your cam,may be you will find an option for connecting to pc through..and there select 'mass storage'..,then connect your cam with the pc and it will detect the memory in sometym and then you can access all the data.. :)
