i had this prblem before, bought a new one thinking it was broken. Two days after I got it i found a forum post from someone with this prblem too and a solution they had was this;

to uninstall all the logitech software from the computer and then unplug the keyboard from the USB and then uninstalling the keyboard frm Device Manager. shutdwn, plug the USB back in and then startup again.

I tried it and it worked ! I'd just bought a new one for nothing :s

if water spilt in any eletronis good first we shut down this thing and pullout battery then it prevent to damage any part. after this we can blow air and make all part and bodry dry . then it can work and prevent from damage

If the keyboard if working then you're ok, but if it doesn't just replace it and stop getting smashed by your computer.

You could look for a key that would physically fit from another keyboard that you'd "slaughter" for that part. The dimensions must fit, and the fastening method. Unfortunately, EN 60950 is not a Logitech model number. It indicates that the mouse (or other electronic product) was tested and met the European IEC 60950 standard. Logitech sells several different wireless mice types. Some connect to Bluetooth only. Some connect with a specific USB wireless transmitter/receiver. The dongle is small enough to fit inside the mouse's battery compartment or stay in a USB port when the laptop is moved. (Older Logitech devices used the Unifying USB wi-fi adapter; new ones use the Bolt adapter.) A few models can be used with both Bluetooth and one of the wireless adapters. When charged, the green light does not flash. The PCBs will be the same, the language and therefore what the keys type comes from the computer software that is chosen. The hardware keyboard is the same, just different printing on the keys.

I have ruined 3 keyboards taking them apart trying to clean them. Just replace the keyboard, they are a disposable item and don't last forever. If you can find a Cherry Brand keyboard, they are the best quality. Mine is over 20 years old.
