Dear user, this problem can be coused by many things.
1, The memory you have installed is not compatible with your system.
2, Power supply failure.
3, Contact issue between the socket and the module.

Try thease:

Take a brush and clean the sockets.
Power on your computer without the memory modules, if you hear beep it could be a health signal :D.
Power off the system.
Clean your memory module pins with alachol or other cleaner liquid.
Wail till it dry, inster it back to the socket and move a little ud and down to catch ancontact.

Power on and now shold be work fine.

If this ain't works. Try other brand of memory, kingmax or kingston. They usually shipps with 99 of good modules from 100.

There's not a lot of detail in your post....Check the CPU cooler for dust, it might be overheating and causing the restart. After that try removing the RAM and see if it works better on only one stick of RAM - one of the sticks might be bad. Probably just dust on the CPU cooler and the CPU fan isn't cooling it off.Blow the dust out with compressed air or you could try vacuuming it out with a plastic crevice tool.

I Was also facing the same audio problem . To resolve it

1. Download Universal Audio Architecture From here. Download and install it . By doing this your motherboard will recognise audio controller.

2. Download Latest Audio driver from here.

The easiest way would be to remove the Bios battery. Or check the manual for the actual reset jumper.
