fiest press the on key see if the display comes if not the turn the power off for 5-8 seconds if that doesnt do it turn power off then pull the oven out from the wall and remove the top to acess eoc pull the mylar ribbion out of the eoc by releasing the latch which is a tiny pullout bar at the base of the connector at the eoc then you cam clean the ribbon gently with a clean pencial eraser also under the top panel will be a tech sheet with more info pay atten to resseting the oven cavity size on start up

I ended up calling a technician to come out and look at it. He said that the front panel where you push all the buttons went out and I would need to get a new panel.

you either have a bad control board or key panel but you can't get parts for this oven anymore,you'll have to replace the oven or you can try this because it sounds like the board is bad,either you or you get someone in to remove the board,you make a diagram of the wires,take out the board and send it out and have it rebuilt,it usually takes 10 to 14 days to get it back,then you reinstall the board and wire it.i've done this on older thermadore stoves,has the clock ever gone blank or anything crazy like that?if so then you know it's the board but i just googled it and these guys rebuild it for like 160 bucks and that ain't bad https://www.appliancetimers.com/appliance?model=gbd307pdt7 call them,give them your model number or you'll have to replace the oven,this is why they told you to kill the power to it to see if the board would reset,you can try that again,leave the power off for like 5 to 15 minutes and try it but unfortunately they don't make your parts anymore.good luck

To play it safe, I would call an electrician if you are not comfortable doing this.

Can you supply a model number?
Most likley you have a bad erc control board ( clock). But a model number would help narrow it down.

• Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today.turn power off unplug touchpad ribbon cable from control and turn back on. If error does not return after a few hours then replace touch membrane which is the whole front on this unit. If fault shows up with membrane unplugged then replace control board.
