go to message settings and tweak accordingly..

The E911 is on alot of phone now. There is only two reason why it would be on. One is that ou have called 911 recently or There is a setting in you phone htat you could change that would let you open your GPS to anyone. With the setting it is on now only 911 can find you.

If you have not changed the factory code there will be several options to chose from.

your screen may be shot. Do not take out the battery. Try these IN ORDER:
1: place in charger overnight WHILE THE PHONE IS OFF!
2:place closed phone (that is on) in the refrigerator for 5 hrs. Leave open for 10 minutes to defog. DO NOT HEAT IT IN ANY WAY!
3: Turn off phone. Remove battery and let sit for 10 minutes to 1 hour.

If none of these work, then your screen is shot.

4: Take to your carrier's dealer and get the screen replaced.

I have the vx5200, but none of my discriptions say it has speaker phone.

it doesn't have one. Only a Groupe Spécial Mobile (GSM) phone has them. The vx5200 is a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) phone.

check your operator for GPRS services..

go to message settings and delete.

it should cost you between 200 to 300INR. Any good service points to be contacted..

check the volume levels / equalizer / microphone settings in the settings menu..

check and clear all hidden files...

Well i was able to figure out my own problem and it turns out all you have to do is call the verizon costomer service and they will reprogram your password back to default.

I had the frozen blue screen twice. As a cowboy reset, I removed the battery for a minute, then put it back in. Worked for me, didn't erase my contacts or anything.

Your screen is shot. You need to have the phone replaced. Blue screen is usually a bad ribboncable connection.

you can try and update your service by called #228 and press two (update your capabitys)

First try typing the last four digits of your phone number, if that doesnt work then call the Verizon costumer service. they will then reprogram your phone wirelessly and set it all back to default.
