Long press the multi-function button until it is steady blue then have the phone search from Settings > Bluetooth Mark Motorola Support

Put your headset in Pairing mode by longpressing the multifunction button until the light glows steadily blue. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and have it search. When the headset is located. You should charge it via wall charger so it charges faster.

Microphone might be bad. Try deleting pairing and try again. If still doesn't work then might be bad mic. Mark Motorola Support

If it is steady blue then it is ready to be found by your phone. If you see the headset in your phone remove the pairing and repair again. You should hold the multifunction button after turning on until it goes steady blue if you aren't getting a steady blue light in order to pair it.

Which headset?

I try to pairing my nexxtech with my phone and it does not work

It's broken.

Ok, well turning on bluetooth and setting your phone in search mode vary from phone to phone. Usually though it is fairly easy to figure out. Follow the directions starting on p. 4 of the manual for your motorola headset found here:

Its a little confusing but it would appear from Pages 13/14 you need to press the call handling button for 5 Seconds until the indicator light flashes Red/Green. Although it doesn't explain it very well I believe this is then in Pairing Mode and your phone should now find it and enable you to enter the passkey.
