Hi,
If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below:
• Setting the headset into pairing mode
1) Ensure the headset is fully charged
2) The headset must be switch off
3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue
4) The headset is now in pairing mode
• Searching for the headset on the phone
1) Go to “settings” or “connections”
2) Select Bluetooth, then options
3) Select Devices and click add
4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found
5) Select the Motorola device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’.
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device.
• The headset is now paired with the phone

Long press the multi-function button until it is steady blue then have the phone search from Settings > Bluetooth Mark Motorola Support

Put your headset in Pairing mode by longpressing the multifunction button until the light glows steadily blue. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and have it search. When the headset is located. Select it and then enter 0000 when asked for a PIN code. You may also find directions at http://www.motorola.com/support Motorola Support

Sounds like there is a noise cancellation issue. Can you check to see if there is food or other debris in the microphone hole? Mark Motorola Support

You should charge it via wall charger so it charges faster.

If it is steady blue then it is ready to be found by your phone. If you see the headset in your phone remove the pairing and repair again. You should hold the multifunction button after turning on until it goes steady blue if you aren't getting a steady blue light in order to pair it.

Microphone might be bad. Try deleting pairing and try again. If still doesn't work then might be bad mic. Mark Motorola Support

Which headset?

I try to pairing my nexxtech with my phone and it does not work

First, go to your settingsThen, go to bluetooth (make sure it is turned on)Finally, tap search for devices and tap on the one that says Motorola Bluetooth Headset.

go to the menu on your phone select manage connections turn on bluetooth then you'll see search listen, etc. position on search don't press yet
get your ear piece ready: press the on button and hold it until you see a solid blue light (not blinking but solid) if it blinks try again until you get a solid blue light (it takes about 5-8 seconds) when that happens go to your phone and press search it will look for devices (it may find several) look for your earpiece model and select it
it will ask for a code or passkey, type 0000. Then it's going to ask if you want to bond or pair click yes and it will connect
check on the connection manager again and your bluetooth should be on and connected.
