Error code E20
The E20 error code is usually something clogging the pump system.
Umplugg the machine. In the back you can access the drain hose. Pull the clamp with pliers and then the larger clamp to the tub. Pull the pump with a screwdriver there will be a black rubber still attached to the pump. Watch how you pull this there is indexing to the way the pump is mounted take a pictutre and mark the pump. Look inside the hose and see if there is something cloging it. I’m happy to help further over the phone at

Slow spin speed
Assuming you have reviewed the front panel options/settings verifying your spin speed is set to a spped above slow/low, the unit will wash forward, and reverse, and there are no error codes during your cycle, your most suspect part will be the door latch/lock assy. Part# 131763202. In some cases the final leaf contacts within the lock assy that make when the wax motor energizes do not make good contact. Pleazer Appliance...

Water not draining at all
Good Afternoon Brandon,
I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire Affinity washer, model# ATF7000E, not draining water.
I would start by making sure that the drain hose to your washer is not kinked at all as well as your drain pipe not clogged.
Next make sure that the drain hose is only 6-8 inches down in the drain pipe.
If you are still having trouble with your washer draining, you will want to give your washer a hard reset. You can do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. It could just be a miscommunication between the different boards inside your appliance.
Once power is restored, if you are still having trouble with your appliance not draining, I would recommend contacting either the manufacturer or your local authorized technician. Hope this helps.

It freezes on the cycles
Good Morning Juan,
I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire Affinity washer, model# ATF7000E, freezing on the cycles and giving you an Error message 11. The E11 states that fill time is too long. There are a couple of things to check in this case. First, you will want to reset your appliance by either unplugging it or cutting the power at the circuit breaker for at least 2-3 minutes. When you restore power you can start a cycle and see if it works. If it does, there just might have been some miscommunication between the different boards inside the washer. If it is still giving you the E11, you will want to make sure that the water pressure is at least 30 PSI. Make sure you're not using any other water sources while using the washer. Also make sure that the faucets are fully opened going into the appliance and that the hoses are not kinked in any way. If you are still having trouble receiving that E11, I suggest contacting the manufacturer for further assistance. Hope this has helped.

E 90 flashes
Hello Derek, thank you for your
inquiry! Generally speaking, E90 commonly indicates that the main control board
has gone bad or is not communicating correctly. Before replacing this part, I
would first recommend resetting power to the unit for about 30 seconds. If the
error code still displays, it is advisable to contact an appliance repair tech
to accurately diagnose and make the appropriate repairs. I hope this
information helps to some degree.
