I've seen alot of problems with this series with color lines on printouts. pull the cartridge(s) out that are making the colored lines, it's usually the PC drum (The roller on the bottom of the cartridge) has become defective, look for the rust/ bubbles on the roller. Sure sign it's the cartridge(s)

I suggest not to plug the printer to your computer yet. Download and install the software first. Here's the link to the Lexmark website for the available Z2320 drivers. http://bit.ly/bA5tOo. Click on the Microsoft, Macintosh or Unix/Linux dropdown found below the page to choose the version of the operating system of your computer. Download and install the software. Follow the instructions on the software. Hope this helps.

if you jusst want to unistall it just follow this ...

control panel
add remove programs
find your lexmark application there..
then click remove..

843 error; 843.01; 843.01 error; Scanner error; Scan error; Cannot scan; Will not scan Solution--Overview
An 843.01 error is generally caused by the Bottom ADF Cable on the scanner being loose or unplugged. Did the error return?
Yes: Continue to Contacting Lexmark

Solution#1- If your printer does not show in your hardware list its means that problem belongs to data cable. Kindly check your printer's data cable and plug it properly.

Solution#2- Uninstall printer's software take a reboot and then reinstall its software and then attach your printer or during installation if installation requires.
