Wheel won't spin
Try holding the wheel down for ages. It might havepopped out of place. Or you could lever it out and raise it a bit. There might be something stuck in it that's clogging it up.

Ipod freezes
Hi BabyBettie,
If you are from the UK I can repair this for a very small charge. It just needs a little clean of the wheels and buttons on the ribbons.

Connect ipod to computer adn won't reconize it
Make sure you are using a powered usb2 port. Alternatively buy yourself a mains adaptor like this one:

You can probably pick up a similar one cheaper from walmart or something.

Used ipod wont recognise in itunes
If you are on a PC the most common reason for iTunes not recognising is because of driver corruption. The easiest way to resolve this is to download the very latest version of it from the Apple site and reinstalling it. If that doesnt work, reset the device by holding down Menu and Select until the Apple logo appears then hold down Select and Play together until the display reads 'OK to Disconnect'. Now connect it to your PC. iTunes should now recognise it and you should click the 'restore' button on the ipod main page of iTunes.

Ipod stopped working

Ipod wont show up in my computer or itunes...
Have you tried resetting either ipod? In order to reset it, you just need to hold down both the menu button and the center button at the same time until the ipod turns off. then the apple will pop up on the screen and it will start up like normal. If this doesn't fix the problem for either ipod, then most likely the problem is with itunes or your computer. I would say that if it doesn't even show up on your computer anywhere, you're probably missing a driver or something.
