It all depends on the browser you're using. Open your settings for the browser, and if possible, add the website root (the part up to .com) to the "Safe site list" it could also be that the site is trying to popup a window and you should allow pop-ups for that site. Thinking about it - I'm not sure if Zune is available anymore... even though I do have it, i'm not sure you can sign up for a new account now as it's listed as a legacy device. I would recommend if the steps above do not work contact Microsoft support or search the Microsoft Community for any additional suggestions.

You can fix it but it's very fragile inside the hard drive is broken internally i would send to rapid repair and have the upgrade done. The software you need after the fix is hard to come buy because it has to go through a Microsoft sever that doesn't exist anymore. There is a fix for that on utube. You will have to trick the software on your computer to be the server. Hope that helps.

The radio doesn't support the Microsoft zune your only option is to use the 3.5 head phone jack or buy an iPod or find a fm modulation adapter you can still fine them on eBay

The fix is not what you want to here the hard drive is stuck or damaged and needs to be replaced I would look online for a place called rapid repair.

The server that used to update the zune players dosent exist any more there is a video on utube that runs through the steps you need to make your computer the sever.

DO A HARD RESET HOLD POWER AND MENU BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME TILL THE DEVICE RESETS THE START FROM SCRATCH.. DONT DO IT WHILE PLUGGED IN

The Zune is locked when you plug it in to the computer. You must unplug it to use it.
