The only way to watch youtube videos on the zune is to download them and convert them into a format that the zune can understand. Since the zune does not have the ability to play flash and there is no "app" to allow streaming.

Visit the following site if you want to try out converting videos for the zune.

You have to use the Zune Software to sync the music, pictures, or videos to your Zune. The software can be found here: http://www.zune.net/en-us/products/software/default.htm. It may take a while to download, depending on your internet connection. While it is downloading, you should make an account for your zune. Drag the files from your music collection to the Zune icon in the left corner, while it is plugged in, and your Zune will sync. After it is finished, unplug it, and your done. You may have to tell the Zune software where your files are on the hard drive, located in the settings page of the software.

On the Home screen, press the Play icon next to the word "Music" and it will shuffle all songs with the exception of those in the library that have been tagged as Comedy or Spoken Word.

Just download the software from zune.net and then connect your Zune HD to your laptop with the USB cable and you can then add all of your media to the device. In order to wirelessly sync your device you'll need to first connect it with the cable and setup the wireless sync settings. After that you don't need to use the cable to connect your Zune to your laptop.

Yep, good luck to anyone who can.
YouTube is currently not supported by the Zune HD.
If anybody is reading this who is considering buying an HD...Don't!
They have very low standards, they have a massive app store of 12-14 apps. they don't support YouTube, it's internet service stinks worse then decaying monkey brains.
Sorry to bash the HD.
To answer your question...the HD does not support YouTube and if your internet isn't working then it's most likely your WiFi connection, some WiFi Connections are not supported by the HD.
Sorry Mate
Hope it helps

I'm not an expert but you probably fried the battery. But since you were using the correct dock zune offers and using it the way it was supposed, I hope, microsoft should give you a replacement. I think.
