with the machine switched off hold down the sheet or roll feed button and the information button keep these pressed and switch the machine on, keeping the puttons pressed until you see an S in the top right hand corner of the display then let go of the buttons, you should now be in service mode. if you fit print heads in this mode the machine will not automaticlly adjust the new heads. you will have to select this in the normal menu.

You can reset it from the service mode it will take you 15 sec but you can use it only for service reasons.
If you reset it there is danger to fload with ink and messed up the whole area.

This time you must comes up with Service Mode. This caused bypass your some problems.

03130031-2F1F: Purge motor HP error - Restart printer in Service Mode (Roll/Sheet Feed Button + Information button and then Power On button) to check without Cleaning cycle.

This is a printhead error Remove the Printhead(s), clean the contacts,and replace in printer . Run nozzle check and try to print. If you are able to print a few pages then get the same error, the Printhead will need to be replaced. Good luck

The Head right have problem and you can replace it and install it again if the printer read it you can use it for short time.

2F26 is a carriage error,you can solve your problem if you update your firmware version to 1.35

Hold down the roll/media button and the info button while turning on, wait about 10 seconds and release roll/info buttons. You should get an S in the upper right corner. That puts you in service mode. Push menu then scroll down to maintenance then right arrow to head replacement. To get out of service mode turn off.

I have had two of my Canon plotters give this error.message, I had to manually move the carriage unit and replace the printhead. On one of the plotters the error message returned, on the second plotter I was able to go into service mode where it asked me to replace the printhead. I just went though the motions since the printhead was brand new and I was able to get the plotter to function correctly.

thre was a part of inks that didn't worked....so there is no problem of the machine but problem of the chip

Follow these steps : Cause: The Voltage of the print head is abnormal.
Problems can be with:
-Printhead -head relay PCB -Carriage relay PCB -Main controller PCB
Steps to be followed:
1. Replace the printhead. 2. Cable continuity check. if continuity of the cable between the head relay PCB and the carriage relay PCB is abnormal, replace the cable. 3. Replace the head relay PCB. 4. Cable continuity check. if continuity of the cable between the carriage relay PCB iand the main controller PCB is abnormal, replace the cable. 5.Replace the carriage relay PCB. 6.Replace the main controller PCB.

The nozzles are self bleeding.
