Its the Maintenance cartridge.. On the right side front of your plotter there is a flap. just open it. you will find the maintenance cartridge. Just pull out and insert new one. Good Luck

If you used a non-cannon refill, the cartridge may not have the microcontroller inside to tell the printer the ink level. Use replacement cartridges from Cannon or SOPHIA GLOBAL (available from Amazon or ebay).
