They also have a phone number! If you can't locate a way to temporarily turn off Driver Dective, ask them. Once it's turned off, you should be able to D/L your drivers and install them.

the same thing happened to my bushnell nav500 gps. Use a pencil point and do a soft reset. I did this and everything came back and it hasnt been any problems since.

Have you tried to reset the unit?

I called and the tech called me right back 30 min later, call and give it A try.

I'm not sure. One might try a "reset". Or, there might have been a problem syncing the watch with the database and you can try the syncing process again. Or, there might be a problem with the updating process. Each of these possibilities must be eliminated. Unless there is a watch internal fault, a common problem is not being able to see the necessary satellites. This commonly occurs when there are obstructions between the watch and where it looks for the satellites. If it still has a problem when you are out in an area open to all horizons, then it will probably need repairing or replacing. You could also try resetting the watch and reloading the courses (see the Bushnell site).

You may not have kept that. Or, you may not have purchased the watch from an authorized dealer. If you find you need the watch serial number to register your purchased watch, it may be located inside the watch battery compartment. NOTE: The instructions for your model watch state the following: WARNING Do not attempt to open the Neo+ Watch. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with incorrect type. •Do not attempt to open, disassemble or service the internal battery. The battery must be replaced by a qualified technician. Fist make sure that your charging is working And clean your charging port. If that does not do thee trick the can be the battery going bad see where you can take it to have the battery check and if is needed then replace the battery.
