Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset - Page 5 Questions & Answers
My h700 bluetooth will not
hi sammieyoungj. i'm sorry to hear about your troubles with your headset. Maybe this will help your situation. Ensure the headset is fully charged. Then turn on the bluetooth feature (discoverable mode/set to look for bluetooth devices) on the phone you are planning to pair it with. Next, turn off the headset by closing the microphone boom. After about 8 to 10 seconds or you know the headset is off, press and hold the call button for about 4 to 5 seconds. The headset should activate and show a steady purplish colored light. When the light turns purple, unfold the microphone boom. If the lights stay a steady purple color, then the headset should be in pairing mode and you can revert to your phone to pair them together.
If the light does not stay steady, or turns a blue color, repeat the steps above, making sure no bluetooth devices are around that it may have paired with previously. Hope that helps. Best of luck.

H700 will pair, but won't connect.
To successfully pair the Motorola 700 with the Centro:
Select Bluetooth from the Home screen.
Select "On".
Under "Visibility", select "Visible".
Now click "Setup Devices".
Click "Hands-free Setup"
On the Motorola earpiece, with the flip-out mouthpiece in the closed position, press and hold the multi button until ring around it glows purple. Flip open the mouthpiece.
Now click "Next" on the Centro's screen.
The Centro should find the Motorola. Hold the Motorola to the right side of the phone if you have difficulty getting the Centro to find it.
Once found, click the Motorola H700 listed in the window and click "OK".
The Centro will ask for the device password. Enter 0000. Be sure that the checkbox for "Add to trusted device list" is checked. Click OK.
The two devices should now be paired to work together and the Motorola's multi button should rapidly blink blue; NOW click "Done".
You will be taken to the Trusted Devices screen.
You will see your Motorola in the list of Trusted Devices. Click on it to highlight it, if it is not already highlighted.
Click the menu drop-down key (located to the right of the ALT key).
You will now see a drop-down at the top of the screen that says "Connect". Click the "palm" center button on your Centro.
NOW the two devices are connected. The phone name will now be bold, and a small Bluetooth icon will appear to the right of it.
When you click the Phone key on your Centro, you will see a tiny blue headphone symbol now at the top right of the screen where the Bluetooth icon used to be.
To use the earpiece:
Flip it open and hang it on your ear.
Dial the number you want to call on the phone.
Press the multi button once and now you should be connected via the earpiece.
To receive a call, when your Centro rings, press the multi button once.
It took me a few hours to figure it out. Hopefully you can do it in a few seconds.

My hands free is on mute and won't come off mute .
Hi, Motorola H700 Wireless Headset does not go on mute, it might be from the volume control of the Motorola H700 Wireless Headset or from the cell phone volume control.
You can use this quick guide to know how to increase and decrease the volume control.

Got my headset paired to blackberry bold but it
Try resetting the phone entirely. Take out the battery and make sure that it's not a general issue with the phone. Next, make sure that you've adjusted the Motorola H700 accessory settings for headsets. Within the phone's settings should be options to adjust the configurations for wireless devices/blue tooth. Making sure the settings on the Blackberry are correct is the most substantial step, so make sure you've carefully viewed all the options for wireless/blue tooth devices.
Here's a link to the product support page on the Motorola website: http://www.motorola.com/Support/US-EN/Consumer-Support/Accessories/H700_Default_Support_Loc%253AUS-EN
I hope this helped.

Cant conect to sgh t429
you must make sure your blue tooth device is in discovery mode ,to do this it just consists of holding the power button when turning the device on for 6 to 10 second once it is in dscovery mode you can pair the device by searching or add new device on your phone if the pair you will need a 4 digit pin or pairing code most manufactures of blue tooth devices use 0000,1234,9999 or 1111 i hope this helps

Will not charge /no blue light
Check the adapter, check the cord and pin to the charging pin. if not there needs to be checked for a possible battery fault or a charging section semiconductor failure.

Hello,
Unless you saved a bluetooth pairing password in the past, this code should be four (0) zeros. Please leave positive feedback if it works out for you. Thanks and Good Luck. =)

0000 does not work as
The default code is either 0000 or 00000. That is, four or five zeroes.
You can set a new pairing pass code once you connect it to your phone by changing the pairing code from under the connected devices settings in your bluetooth menu.

How do I switch on Motorola H700 wireless headset.
Hi, do you have the manual with you?,If you do you can use itto know how to charge the blue tooth device,i think the battery is a little bit low and will need to be charged forlonger hours for it to be able to power up.
So you can use the manual to see how to charge the device.
Hope it helped .
