I cannot get my motorola
On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).
While
your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put
it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10
seconds).
Your phone will find the device, and you will be
prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone
should pair with the device then.

How do I get the
I used a sharp push pin to wedge between the inner and outer halves of the mic. Once you get it started, just keep working around it until it pops off. If you need to remove the mic arm from the headset, squeeze or pry the metal hinge spring clip together to remove, then gently tap to remove plastic bushings that the spring clip retained. Reassemble in reverse order.

You should remove this item from the phone and reconnect / pair it again. In the manual for the headset you have information on how to reconnect the headset to the phone and the phone have to be in "discover" mode for bluetooth

New motorola h700 open from
Because
you have to open the mike and close it... then hold the button one the
light comes on open the boom immediatly;i Once follow the instructions and prompted for the passkey and entered 0000. If that doesn't work then you
have something wrong with your earpiece.
However, you've got to be quick about the whole process (- Start with unit charged, closed, no lights.
- Hold connect button (big one in middle),
- When light (purple) comes on,
- Open microphone boom,
- Start search on your phone.
Check this troubleshooting tips...
1. My headset will not enter pairing mode.
Make sure that any devices previously paired with the headset are turned off. If the indicator light is flashing in blue, turn off the other device and wait for 10 seconds. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple indicating the headset is now in pairing mode.
2. My phone doesn't find my headset.
Make sure the indicator light on your headset is on (lit in purple) and steady when your phone is searching for devices (see step 3).
3. My headset worked before but now it's not working.
Make sure your phone is on and the Bluetooth feature is turned on in your phone (see step 2).
If the Bluetooth feature was turned off or was turned on only temporarily, you may need to restart the Bluetooth feature (see step 2) and pair your phone and headset again (see step 3).

If you have already checked the volume on the earpiece, there is probably a short in the wiring somewhere. If it is under or just over a year old contact Motorola about a replacement under the manufacture's warranty. Have a great day.

I have, no-had, two of these H700C. The microphone in both of them failed about when yours did. I had previously split the boom and removed the foam covering the mic due to callers complaining they could not hear me. No solution here as far as I can see, except replacement. I don't understand it, either.

Hello,
As far as I know, both devices don't have any kind of pairing logs. The blackberry as a complex device could have a log stored in it, I know the H700 doesn't have any kind of storage so it doesn't process or keep any logs in it.
Looking around for the logs, few things you can try.
For Pearl, Curve's, and Bold:
From the main menu of the device (where all your applications/folders
are displayed), press and hold the "ALT" key, then the letters L G L G
For the Storm:
Hold the device with the BlackBerry logo on top (i.e., in portrait
orientation, not landscape orientation, not sideways). On the main
device screen where all your application icons/folders are displayed
(not while you're within an application), press "MENU" and select "Show
Keyboard". Press and hold the "!?123" key (a little lock will show up
next to the key) for approximately three seconds, then ",5,5" (comma
five comma five) and the log will be displayed.

Passcode for pairing
It's '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Check your manual. Mine did that and I had inadvertantly put it on mute. The manual will explain how to unmute it.

How to connect a motorola h700 to a samsung phone
I think there are some H700 headsets which support smart find. If this is your case, you must ensure that all the bluetooth enabled devices, which have been previously paired with it, have their bluetooth radios turned off. Then, some 5 seconds after you open the headset's boom, the light should become steadily lit, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Otherwise (i.e. if it doesn't support smart find), with its boom closed, press the call button for some 5 seconds, until the light is steadily lit. Then, open the boom. Either way, turn on the bluetooth radio of the device you now want to pair your headset with, and make it search for new devices. After a while, the H700 should appear in the device' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
