i think ur printer dosent print yellow or blue ink check it buy print nozzle check

The 6500 error code is a logic board error code. The PCI Bus error is detected by the ASCI. Sounds like it needs new logic board. but i suggest you to first of all you can try to reset your printer -

1. Turn the printer off with the Power button (if available).
2. Disconnect the data cable from the printer.
3. Unplug the printer's power cord for approximately 10 minutes, and then plug it back in.
4. Turn the printer back on. If this works you're done, if not try the next step.

1. After confirming that the printer is powered on, open the paper output tray.
2. Open the top cover and wait until the print head moves to the center.
3. Open the inner cover and check that ink tanks are properly seated.
4. Properly seated
5. Press down on each ink tank until a click is heard.
6. Close the inner cover and top cover

if reset method not works for you then you go for the new logic board replacement .............

Try taking out the printhead and putting it back in, also try power cycling the printer, hope that helped

Error code "6A00" is an error occurred in the paper "AP Motor" upon self check of the unit.
Affected parts below.
1. Sheet feed unit
2. Purge Unit
3. Logic board Assembly
This kind of symptoms is technical if your not familiar on how to dis-assemble/assemble the unit.
You must isolate first #1 and #2 for malfunction. Take it apart and check/clean the Sheet feed unit and purge unit. After you confirmed that #1 and #2 is in good condition, check the logic board assembly for loose connections before you replaced this board...
Let me know if you are going to fix it yourself and I will send to you the copy of the service manual to guide you on how to assemble and dis-assemble the unit.

Press and hold the STOP/RESET button for at least 5 seconds.
The printer will self-restart and clear the error.

You have a clogged color print head and needs cleaning or replacement if the old ink hasn't hardened in the jets of the print head.Your printer needs service.

pls configure your printer maybe not recognize with the pc or maybe the usb of port of the printer did not detect on your pc try to go to bios and check if it is enable the usb . if it is disable just enable .

Move the printhead carriage back and forth a few times.

Solution 2:
Check the purge unit: Moving the print head assembly will not clear a purge unit if its jammed with paper, paper clips, push pins, screws, cookie crisp, flower bud pods or the like.

Solution 3:
Press the ink pads down in the purge unit.

All ink tanks has a memory chip.With this chip the printer recognize the ink tanks and the ink level.Sometimes this chip failed.Just replace the magenta ink tank.

I take this printer is not under warranty, have your tried rubbing alcohol and cutips, works for me sometimes.

check in bottom of the ink cartidge u must have to remove plastic strip.then also check u proper fixed ink cartridge in ink tank as matching color.
re-seating the cartridge may temporarily fix the problem but it will not last. but if even that doesnt give u relief.... then its a hardware failure and wud service is required at this point. contact Hp...
