How do you retrieve the last number called to this phone?
If you have a CiX system with Caller-ID, a Caller-ID "review" or "log" key must be assigned on the set. Also, a CID buffer of (x) calls must be assigned in system programming. Once done, to review calls, press the CID Log key, scroll up and down using the NEXT/PREV soft key. This does not work on the older DK systems.

Check caller id
Caller ID on the telephone is only supported if the KSU is progammed to pass through this information. If you want to view it on the phone level there is a button that can be programmed on your phone to display like caller ID history.

I HAVE A TOSHIBA DK280 DKT2020SD MODEL HOW DO I
This manual also applies to your model..The same basic model numbers may have minor changes, thus a change in model number. This is to make support and manufacturing easier and also helps keep costs down.It should at least look very similar in operation to your model. You do not have to sign up for anything and there is no junk after.Click download, then enter the 5 digit code and press download again. It will open a menu.If you want to save it permananetly click save.It will most likely save to your documents folder. For 1 time use click run.You may want to save this site for future reference also.It is excellent and has a wide variety of electronics. If you have any questions or need more help, just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.I really encourage responses so I can follow up properly as I know where you stand and asking someone else restarts all the explaining because we cannot see other 'Expert's' responses.Good luck,Greg

How do I program my
Hello,
People
often like to make backup copies of important documents for future
reference. Likewise, you might have important voicemail messages that
you need to keep archived. If you leave them on your phone service's
voicemail system, they might get automatically deleted after a certain
period of time or simply to make room for new incoming messages. You
can record a voicemail message to a PC and not have to worry about
losing access to it on your phone-service provider's system.
Instructions and things needed to fix up the problem.
-
2.5mm to 3.5mm cell adapter,3.5mm stereo cable,In-line recorder
Cell Phone Voicemail
-
Plug the 2.5mm male plug of a cell adapter into the headset jack of your cell phone.
-
Plug one end of a 3.5mm cable into the adapter's 3.5mm jack.
-
Plug the other end of the cable into the microphone jack on your PC.
Landline Phone Voicemail
-
Plug the in-line recorder's modular phone cord into the wall jack for your telephone.
-
Plug one end of a telephone cord into your telephone and the other end into the in-line recorder.
-
Insert the in-line recorder cord's 3.5mm plug into the microphone jack on your PC.
Recording
-
Call your voicemail service, enter the password and listen to your voicemail messages playing through the speakers of your computer.
-
Click "Start" and then click "All Programs," "Accessories." Click "Sound Recorder."
-
Click "Start Recording" to record the audio of the voicemail coming from your phone into your PC.
-
Click
"Stop Recording" when you are finished with your voicemail. The audio
will be saved in the Windows Media Audio (WMA) format.
Good luck.

How can I reset the time?
Depending on the type of Toshiba phone system, the programming steps may vary slightly but this should get you on the right track.
Changing the time on a Strata DK system must be done from the "main" or primary phone. It is usually extension # 10, or # 200. 1.- With the phone on-hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply) 2.- Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00 3.- Press redial
