How do we re-set a voicemail on Toshiba DKT2020-SD?
Here is a link that pretty much explains it. However, it says to dial 400 to get to your voicemail system. This can vary in programming. If you have an auto attendant that answers your inbound calls, just dial 999 to get to the Administrator mailbox, and then follow the rest of the directions.

How to set up speed dial
I don't have that exact model, but on a similar one, u just hold down the button u want to use for the sped dial and it leads u thru the setup. Good luck

This is a system wide setting please go to
http://www.telecom.toshiba.com/ and obtain a users guide for VM specifically the administrators guide. If this does not work. Stay on this same site and find a dealer to log into the system to change the settings for you

This does depend on which Toshiba phone system your phone is connected to
Here are a couple possible methods
Press button
Dial 601(all calls) or 602(busy) or 603(no answer) or 604(busy/noanswer)
Dial voicemail access code(extension number of voicemail)
Press button to end
Press button
Dial #601(all calls) or #602(busy) or #603(no answer) or #604(busy/noanswer)
Dial voicemail access code

How do i change the time on this phone?
Depending on the type of Toshiba phone system, the programming steps may vary slightly but this should get you on the right track.
Changing the time on a Strata DK system must be done from the "main" or primary phone. It is usually extension # 10, or # 200.
1.-
With the phone on-hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply)
2.-
Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00

The time on our voice mail retreival is wrong.
really depends on which voicemail you have. I will assume you have the toshiba voicemail. call voicemail, when it answers press * should ask for your user ID enter 999 and use 999997 as sec code or 999. press 8 then 6 and enter time

There is a couple of way to do this. If you are trying to call forward the lines to a outside extension you will have to press Intercom #6011 9 (your phone number you want it to go to) then redial. Your second option is to get call forwarding through your telephone provider. Usually this is a low cost addition and is the way I would forward calls externally. Hope this helps.

Busy signal
Voice mail is probably got a blown hard drive and we fix that. or it could just use a reset. Turn off and back on or check out your manuals and guides here
