if this is a new system make sure you have the cpu and memory installed correctly and that they are both compatable with you motherboard. these issues are also common if one or the other or both burned out. also make sure your video card is installed correctly and your monitor is plugged in all the way.

as i always say:
intercept all of cables of your PC case and even power cable of your monitor.
evolve battery of bios then wait for 25 minutes then connect all of cables and try turning on your PC:
1- with battery of bios
2- without battery of bios
it should work.(this works cause the motherboard reset it's bios and start correctly again).

One bad/faulty lead can cause a computer with lots of problems replace all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA and the ones that attach from your motherboard to hard drive make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ? while your at it

clean your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor specifically around your central processing unit making VERY sure there is no moisture in the air line

as dust will cause a lot of static which will make a computer overheat and cause lots of problems hope this helps

Hi, if I understood you right, you main concern is noise from the HSF (heatsink + fan). there are aftermarket HSF available with less noise yet higher fan rpm. you may want to try looking at http://www.tt-itbu.com/ for reference. Good luck. Kind regards.

First u attach your pendrive with pc after that u do a right click on pen drive folder ,then u click on scan option then the scan folder will apper and u select the pen drive folder by adding ,then click on next opyion and wait untill the scan is over .After scan over's then u can format your pendrive....

If it is not an accumulation of dust and if your fans are working properly and your ventilation is not blocked, that there was not a built-in cooling system for this integrated part makes me wonder what is going on. One would have thought it suggested such was not necessary. How old is the thermal paste in the computer? I would replace that before trying more desperate measures.
