you have a motherboard system fault. 1) try different memory sticks 2) check if hard drive wired in correctly the broad ribbon cable to it should have the stripe next the the power 4 pin plug 3) try a different video card there are other things to try but try these first
Hi orlandotech, you are aware the Integrated ProSavage8 2D/3D graphics uses you're current system memory to function.
Couple things you can try. First download & install the video drivers I found on the internet for your card. Lets see if one of these fixes you're trouble. The link is for Gigabyte 7VM400AM-RZ VIA 1616/1617 codec 5.20b driver. Though its not you're board the video chip is the same. (VIA 1616/1617). So give the driver a chance. (Click on the link). Unistall old driver's first.
make sure you have the proper power rating and ATX connection, your power supply may not have enough wattage to power your board, be sure its at least 300W
You will need a manual for this board. There is no manual for USA. This link below is for euro. http://www.giga-byte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=1766
There are two power connectors. Both can be seen on pg. 6
Motherboard layout.
There is one ATX 20 pin connector just behind the Floppy drive cable connector. The second power connector is to the left of the CPU & down behind the intergrated USB. It is a 4-pin ATX_12volt connector. If either one is not connected correctly the moard will not boot. The case to motherboard connectors is located on
pg.15. F_Panel (2x10 pins Connector) & PWR_LED = (Power LED) for case.
Please use the manual as your guide.

The beeps you heard, 1 long two short is the bios telling you that there is a problem with your video card. Normally you would remove & reseat it. Not the case with the intergrated video. When you added an AGP card you should have been able to get video. All video is controlled by the intergrated video controller. If your sure the radeon works than all that is left is the mb controller which can't be fixed. There is a slim chance you might get a PCI video card to work. If it is not an accumulation of dust and if your fans are working properly and your ventilation is not blocked, that there was not a built-in cooling system for this integrated part makes me wonder what is going on. One would have thought it suggested such was not necessary. How old is the thermal paste in the computer? I would replace that before trying more desperate measures. Rather than presume the fan was working, I'd make sure that it was. Here are some causes and fixes: https://www.onecomputerguy.com/gpu-overheating/

ask them only.
the records are secret , them to you only based on serial number of the mobo.
do not post serial numbers or risk losing your warranty.
learn to go there, only.
ok, a simple hardware question only. w10 could careless about PSU. (facts) mobo is micro atx size 24.4cm x 24.4cm
not powering up has many causes, even simply stuck in sleep mode. (power on button held for 10seonds and released last is 1 cure. of about 20 causes (up to)
GA-F2A78M-D3H (rev. 3.0)or rev. 4.0?????
rev is on bottom left of mobo, normal tower case. no case told
the PSU is called ATX and all work here 500 to 750watts
24 pin power is normal
but CPU power uses 8 pin power plug PSU.marked ATX12v
psu lacking 8 pin, can use 4 to 8 adpater.
vast here work, in real ATX case not micro cases.

from you manual .
dead PC
are all fans dead.> that is dead PC.
the monitor must be good and connected the the VGA jack
if using GPU card then it must connect to the monitor
the BIOS screen must work or the PC is dead or GPU card is dead.
strip the PC down ,any thing in the PC shorted will make PC dead.
if strip down tests fail the PSU may be bad is its fan dead too?
both power connectors most be connected above or PC will be dead.
That motherboard has 4 SATA 2.0 slots.
Should work well.
You said "hard drive" so I am assuming you do not mean
Solid State drive (SSD)
I am surprised you are using Windows 7 with that MB
Hi
Please provide more information.
What do you want to do with your creative sub and your stereo receiver ?
The Creative Sub has been built for the PC
and doesn't design for RCA Jacks...
if I understand your question you are gonna connect your sub to the receiver ... if so... then you need 3.55 mm audio jack to RCA Audio convertor...
Please give some more and specific info about your problem.
