Open internet option's or "create homegroup" option on your pc and enable your pc to become an access point. Doing so will allow the pc to share the wifi with any compatible device. The handset cannot find the IP due to a firewall so turning those off manually would also work but do so only as a last resort.

You would need to contact your internet service and ask them for the login, or if lan, just select auto detect.

Enable your SSID broadcast on your router, if not shown, insert SSID and/or password(if needed) manually.

first try resetting the router, if that doesnt fix the problem, you will need to re write the firmware(or update it if available). even then if doesnt fixes, you need to replace the unit :/

Hi mate, you might want to change your DNS server to google DNS or openDNS. They both are fast, responsive and robust. Do you know how to do it? 1. Open you web router management 2. Under Network > WAN tab, make sure you enable this option and change the primary and secondary DNS server to the ones below, they are google DNS. Save it and reboot. Hope this helps
