Your TVs Degausing coil is not working. Degausing coil is one, which fitted around the picture tube internally, to demagnatize it at each time you switch on the tv. if you are using your TV without switching it off by its mains switch, and turn it to an other direction, this effect will occcur. You just switch off the TV by its main switch, and leave it for about 1/2 an hour, and then switch it on, and see whether it helps or not.
If not, the degausing posistor inside fitted on the circuit board of the TV, has to be replaced. It can be located on the power supply input section of your TVs circuit board. Ok.

the sound IC is bad, that' why you cannot hear any audio from your TV.

You need to change the sound IC to hear audio from your TV again.
