Hi Tigistunetare there any bleeps on startup? try checking that the card in in securely, remove and replace should be sufficient, if no joy then I think that your graphics card is most likely at fault, this will stop the pc from booting and prevent the mouse and keyboard from being powered up. Unfortunately it could be almost anything but I would start with the graphics card. Hope this helps.

Here's a great YouTube video showing you how to do this (assuming you're using Windows 7). You'll need a Windows 7 CD to do the install, or other media.
First go into device manager and check to make sure the audio driver is present. If it is, try uninstalling the driver and re-installing it. Also, I have to ask the obvious.....are the speakers plugged into the right outlet, plugged in and are they not muted? Also go into control panel and select the proper output in your audio settings.
Since Windows 7 all drivers can be downloaded from Microsoft. You only can install Microsoft certified drivers on a windows 7 or 8 machine.
When connecting an Android system to your computer it should see the computer needs a driver and a program and should hint you it want to download something.
When you have an older operating system, I think you need to contact the maker of the Android device and ask them not only for a driver, but also for software that will work on that version of Windows.
Three great free programs will solve your problems on cookies. The first is CCLEANER, second one is SuperAntiVirus from superantivirus.com and another good one is Malwarebytes.
These are great programs and free to use. The CCLEANER program will also help clean the trash from your registry too, There is a tab on the left side to clean and fix the registry. if your facebook account has been locked, it could mean someone has reported you whether it be intentional or accidental to facebook for inappropriate content or post. to unlock it, login to your account as usual and you will be presented the option to go through the unlocking process where you will need to identify friends based on pictures that will be shown to you. just answer and identify the people correctly until your account is successfully unlocked. hope this helps
Native Resolution 1280 x 1024 for the monitor. If your Video card has any other resolution there is a mismatch.
Update the drivers for your Video card and see if you can get the native resolution from the PC, on the Monitor, reset all the settings to Factory defaults.
