canon 6570 when machine is switch ON error E000004-0103 and sometimes E000004-010 appears , what is the reason?pls giv me a solution.

how to solve this problem for e 121..even i try change the fan ,dc con ,power supply board,reader controlled board and main con also same...ps help

1-the scanning lamp is not coming on
2-seperation is not working properly
3-the HVT for the seperation is not working

A E00100 means you have a laser problem. You may have a bad laser? Also, I would make sure the cover for the Primary charge is on correctly. There is a lever that gets pushed in to turn the laser "ON"
