My pioneer cdj 1000 wonpt power up

You will have to take it apart in order to get to the power supply board inside. See if the fuse is blown...if it is replace it with one of the same type and rating...If it is not, then check to see if the switch is working ok...If you do not know anything about electronics don't try to repair it yourself...get a qualified service technican to do it for you...You could also have something shorted on one of your other ckt boards that could be dragging down the power supply...and would make it look like it has no power...

My 1000 mk1 player is dead..It was in good

The CDJ-1000 models use minature circuit protection fuses on the Main Assembly, which is hidden under the base plate (to the bottom of the player in normal state). If the ribbon cable is damaged where it rises from the base to the main display unit (in the top cover), then it is possible there has been a short circuit across one of the contacts, which has taken out the fuse. If you are competent with circuits and soldering and board repairs, then the fuse looks like a black transistor, and is located to the top right of the board on the base of the unit. You will have to remove the bottom plate to see this board. The tell tale of this being a fuse rather than a transistor, is that the fuses only have TWO pins on them, rather than a transistor with its regular THREE.Step one is to get a new ribbon cable from a Pioneer spares merchantStep two replace the fuse. You will also need to obtain this from your spares dealer.Step three, plug it all up before you power on and gently but firmly insert the ribbon. Make sure it's straight before you push it in. This is the normal cause for this failure.Hope this helpsJayejaye :)

On my Cdj1000MK3 only the jog wheel lights come on

The CDJ1000mk3 has some yellow fuses that look like this: http://artaudioparts.com/product/aek7023/ Open it up and use a multimeter to check if any of these fuses is blown. A blown yellow fuse could be your problem. I do not remember right now which fuse is responsible for the screen. Check the service manual and find the part number, it begins with "AEK". If you find it drop us a message here: http://artaudioparts.com/contact-us/ so that we list the part online, if we have not already upload it. www.artaudioparts.com

Cdj1000 power

What version CDJ1000 do you have?.
Mk2s' have a known problem / issue with the flexi PCB that connects the main board to the top board - It can crack and become intermittent if it's not folded and installed correctly.

Keeps ejecting cd

This would be because the tray mechanism is not being able to reach the end of the load position in pushing a switch or that that switch is bad. It might be corrected by either a new belt if one is used or lubrication of the mechanism and maybe some Deoxit spray into the switch if that measures open all the time even when pressed in. Deoxit is a contact restoration spray used by technicians that is available at MCM Electronics.

How do I remove the face plate?

wd-40 will remove anything even spray paint, and will not harm elect parts, then use canned air to get as much wd-40 out and wipe outside with alcohol and paper towel. Don't use to much wd-40.
