Hello.

There is a hidden Administrator account. Access that account and then reset your password.

Boot your system and continually press F8. Choose Safe Mode and at the login screen, enter Administrator for your login / username and leave the password area blank.

Login and go to the Control Panel and User Accounts. Select your account and enter the password you choose. Save and logout.

Login with your account and new password.

I would think that the Samsung site would have the documentation you need.

Pull the plug and shut down. Naturally your computer will turn off and it should try to redstart when turned back on. Hopefully, your startup (Boot) will function and take you to the normal window. If not, the hard drive may have become defective and stopped working.
