My samsung N150 power switch is not working. Is
I have the same problem, I found that the power slide switch had a crack on the piece that slides the power switch on the motherboard. Unfortunately you have to take the laptop apart to access this. A bit of crazy glue and your back in business!!
SAMSUNG N150-i have check sound/audio devices in the control panel and made sure volume is set right..selection...problems with volume...icon showing 100% but still no sound,help please!
If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers. Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the (appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the correct speaker settings. Click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it. If his does not fix the problem Click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume. You can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further volume control settings you will need to right click on the speaker volume icon system select adjust volume Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speaker plug/outlets they are usually at the side of the laptop. open command prompt and type ipconfig /alland press enter. scroll up to the top and look for physical address it should be where your ip address is. it will be 6 sets of 2 digits e.g 42-3F-23-A8-8H-53
Certain keys on samsung N150 not working. space
Some dust or liquid must have entered or dropped on the keyboard. If it is just dust try using a compressed-air spray canister to blow in the space around the key.
If that does not work you can use a thin knife or flat screwdriver to pry the keys off. Do that with the 3 key first as the space bar is more difficult to put back in - there are a couple of springs that have to be fitted just right. Clean away any dirt and push the key in place.
If it is a liquid then you must open the entire keyboard panel and clean it from the inside. If you have the confidence and skill to do that you can try searching samsung support about how to do that. It is not that difficult if you follow the instructions carefully, but if you yank the flat cable connector off it may be difficult for you to snap it back in.Otherwise ask for professional repair.

When i press other key its not working
NUMBER LOCK You have press the NumLk key (number lock) and this changes the right hand keys to a number pad. Press the NumLk key (also doubles as the ScrLk key to toggle the Number lock). it is near the F12 function key. When the NumLk has been enabled a LED light is turn on to indicate this function has been selected. Press the NumLk key again to turn off the Number Lock.
