Hello My dishwasher will not drain the water. I

First of all please check if the drain pump/valve works or if there is voltage present at the valve when the program outputs.
If voltage is present then the valve is faulty, if the voltage is not present the program controller can be faulty.

Accidentally turned water supply off

try this below, it often "Fixes" these issues...
Ok so your dishwasher won't do anything... it justs sits there and "Hums" you can't make it respond to any controls, and the ONLY way to Stop it. is to unplug the unit, replugging back in it simply "Hums" again and will do nothing.
Now this happens because, the STOP Button, is pressed and the "Door Opened", during the Wash Cycle. This should NOT be done. You should NEVER TURN IT OFF MID-CYCLE. you should instead, Simply, pull on the handle, to Open the door, the system will take care of everything, after, you close it,and pick up where it left off. The turning OFF, makes the machine "Think" that a New Cycle, is going to be done, before the old one is finished, and resets itself to do it all again. But it still has water, that's not meant to be there so it must dump it out.
Now, the FIX. Take the Dishwasher, out, and tip over on it's side, tip to about a 45' angle. Water will come out from underneath, this is from a small "Overflow" reservoir. this reservoir has an "Anti-Flood" switch. The removing of this water will "Reset" this Switch, and allow the dishwasher to work again.
So what happens, is this, when the STOP button is pressed Mid-Cycle, the machine must "Dump" whatever water is still in the machine, into the "Overflow Reservoir". This water then causes the Anti-flood switch to jam, and this stops the machine, until it is reset,by the above method.

I have a white film over the dishes and they are

If your dishes or glassware appear with a white film or a white powdery residue or spotted following a complete wash cycle, adjusting the amount or type of detergent you?re using and adjusting your hot water heater?s water temperature may solve the problem. But before you do either of these, put a rinse additive (such as Jet-Dry) in the rinse dispenser to improve the sheeting action of the water.

Next, you?ll have to determine whether the film is removable or permanently etched. To do this, soak a glass in undiluted white vinegar for about 15 minutes. Or, wash the glass with warm water and concentrated dishwasher detergent or a high-phosphate detergent (such as Glass Magic).

If the film comes off, it is probably caused by hard water minerals, improper amounts of detergent, or unsuitable water temperature.

Permanent etching is often caused by a combination of soft water and excessive heat or detergent. If glassware is permanently etched, there isn?t anything you can do to make it clear again. But you can avoid future etching by taking these steps:

1) Be sure hot water entering the dishwasher is no hotter than 140 degrees F. Don?t use extra-hot settings such as ?Power Scrub,? and use the ?Energy Saver? dry cycle.

2) Adjust the detergent amount.

3) Don?t pre-rinse your dishes before loading them in the dishwasher. Food particles on the dishes actually help the detergent and drying agents clean better.

A common cause of poor washing results is improper loading?dishes that block or impede the spray arm(s) or prevent the soap dispenser from opening. On the other hand, if your dishwasher has chronic problems with good washing, the problem may not be your dishwasher. A good first step is vary the amount of dishwasher detergent you're using and try switching brands.

Other possibilities: Your home?s water pressure may be too low, your water may be too hard, or the water temperature may not be hot enough.

In order for your dishwasher to fill to the appropriate level, water pressure should be from 20?120 pounds per square inch. If you suspect that your water pressure may be low, turn off all faucets or other users of water (such as washing machines and sprinklers) and then put a half-gallon jug under the kitchen faucet. Turn on the hot water full-blast. If the jug doesn?t fill within 14 seconds, your water pressure may be too low for proper dishwasher operation. Call your city water utility to discuss your options, or avoid drawing water elsewhere in the house or yard during dishwasher cycles.

The right amount of detergent to use depends on how large your load of dishes is and how hard your water is. Hardness is measured in grains of minerals?the more grains per gallon you have, the more detergent you?ll need. If your water has 12 grains or more of hardness, fill both dishwasher soap cups completely with detergent. If that doesn?t work, consider installing a water softener. (For more information, see the article Water Softener Systems.

To check water temperature, hold a meat thermometer under the hot water faucet for two minutes; if it doesn?t register a minimum of 140 degrees F., turn up the temperature dial on your hot water heater. (However, if you have a newer dishwasher that heats the water internally, it isn?t necessary to turn up your hot water heater.)

If your dishwasher has worked fine in the past but suddenly your dishes aren?t clean after the dishwasher completes all cycles, listen to the spray arm(s) spinning inside during the wash cycle. If spinning poorly, wait for the machine to cool down, remove the spray arm(s) by unscrewing the hubcap(s), lifting the arm(s) off, and then cleaning out the spray holes in the spray arm(s) with a stiff piece of wire.

I used to have an

You can probably buy one in China they have supply agents everywhere. Here is my solution to the problem with premature failure of dishwashers. Hard water is water that has high mineral content (mainly calcium and magnesium ions) these will cause the insides to calcify and then the dishwasher will fail even in a short time frame upto 5 months.I suggest that you use Calgon ( formula Na2CO3.) tablets in the dishwasher every week this is a brand-named water softner that is essential to be used in areas of hard water which causes calcification and catastrophic failure.

When dishwasher runs it is continuous for about 3

It is possibly the water heater, basically if you run a normal wash at 65 degrees and the heater has failed, the d/w stat is waiting for the water temp to reach the desired temp. It will continue to wash, waiting for this to happen and eventually it will give up the ghost and time out, aborting the cyle.
The instantaneous water on this model is around £100 and too be honest is best fitted by an expert, so if this is the problem you'll be looking at a reasonable repair bill.
If you decide on a repair and you are in the UK, contact BSH Home Appliances who are the repair section of Bosch as they offer a one off payment on your first call out (even though they know there is definately a fault) this covers the repair cost for the first visit and then covers the complete machine for 12 months. You can pay in instalments for 10 months which will take the stick out a touch (this is called repair +).
Really hope this helps, good luck.

Bosch sgs43eo2gb dishwasher. wash programme

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Please once again check that the hoses are not kinked or drain pump and filter is not clogged. Also check that the drain is not clogged or blocked and the line is not kinked. Check all the hoses for blockages & also clean the air gap. If you have checked the drain hose and can’t locate the problem, then it is an issue with the drain pump of the dishwasher. If the dishwasher is keep on filling then its water-inlet valve issue. This valve is usually at the bottom left or right of the dishwasher, behind the lower access panel. It's the device with the main water line from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it. Replace whichever has gone bad. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Dishwasher will not fill, water supply checked OK,

Check the float switch. Sometimes you can jiggle it around to get it working. Also check the leads going to the water inlet to see if you have power unit must be started to check this. If you have power to the valve it has failed if not check that float switch for continuity. One of the leads from the water inlet goes to the float switch.
