Bosch 24 in. SGS43C12 Classixx Free-Standing Dishwasher Questions & Answers
Bosch Dishwasher using too much salt
This will be the regeneration valve sticking in the open position. It is located on the regeneration unit behind the left side panel (looking from the front). It is fairly easy and inexpensive to change....however, the cheapest fix (if you are not in an extremely hard water area) is to switch to an all in one tab and not put any salt in at all!!!
Blocked dishwasher how do you remove the white plastic unit in the photo
Can't see the picture very well, but you could try using a hair dryer to soften the fat, then start the machine, it will pump and then as soon as it starts to fill open the door and manually add some boiling water and a dishwasher tab. let it run for a few minutes then cancel the cycle. Hopefully when the pump sends the hot water out it will clear the fat.
Bosch classixx dishwasher starts cycle then says " check water" and then seems to do same thing again and again, pumping water in and draining it again
Probably jug impellor part number (424099) from espares, buyspares or bosch direct. No fix unfortunately, this problem manifests as unit starts to fill and motor does not switch on. Eventually the unit overfills and the pump and fill start to alternate and check water light comes on. If this is the fault then this part is the solution it runs in line with the inlet valve and side fill chamber, take the left side panel off (looking from the front) it is tucked away behind the hoses bottom left (white plastic disc with two wire connection tag). Check water light can also come on if the unit is not pumping, if this is the case, repost and I will try and talk you through clearing this fault.
Dishwasher trips out as soon as switched on
Sounds like you have a dead short, perhaps in the motor. Please do not attempt to start it as it might catch fire. Someone needs to pull it out form the counter and find out the problem for you.Sorry! Be Blessed.

Bosch classixx dishwasher sgs43c12 not draining.
The only way to eliminate a pump issue is to actually remove the pump and check it internally, it doesn't take much to block them and also the impellers can come loose, It sound like you are handy with tools so i suggest removing the drain pump and while it's off check the hoses that run to and from the pump for obstructions and make sure the impeller is not loose.
Bosch classixx dishwasher wont drain
Ive had this happen on mine too. remove the filters in the bottom. squirt washing up liquid into the space-- liberally dont be shy!Boil pans of water, boil the kettle. pour water into the space where the filters normally are. Fill the base of the dishwasher completely. Next close the door and repeatedly use the Reset feature. Eventually the pump will clear and kick back into life. Its a build up of fats, and sludge that causes the pump to appear to seize--the washing up liquid and boiling water see to that.
